Dr. Gary saved my job! I was rear ended by an 18-wheeler. My chairback of my seat flew back cause the latch broke. So I was thrown into the back of the car. I went to the emergency room and they took x-rays. They said nothing was broken or fractured so they sent me home with some pain medicine. After about 5 days the pain was unbarable. I had a constant migraine, I had pain and tingling like fire shooting down my arm. I was unable to drive, unable to work, and I was afraid I would loose my job.
